MHR is seeking a Banquet Sous Chef for one of our 4 Diamond Hotel clients that overlooks the water in Seattle, WA. This hotel offers several F&B outlets including many group and meeting banquets, social gatherings, and wedding functions.  Our clients are looking for an experience Chef who can oversee, administer, mentor, and train; their banquet culinary team.
