MHR is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer (the # 1 position) who will oversee their team at multiple boutique style hotels all clustered around the same geographical area (along the coast in Central California). This Executive Committee member would be responsible for mentoring and developing their team, establish strong SOPs, negotiate maintenance contracts with 3rd party vendors, and are responsible for their PnLs.
