MHR is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to for one of our 4 Diamond Resort clients that overlooks the Pacific Ocean in sunny Southern California. The resort offers beautiful accommodations, 5 different F&B outlets, as well as meeting and banquet space, a full-service spa, tennis courts, etc. Our clients are looking for an experienced Chef who can oversee, administer, mentor, and train, the culinary team.
